We will arrange everything from detail project management, to VIP transport, logistics, accommodation and registration including visa support. We support organising pharmaceutical meetings.

18.10.2021   Cooperation with new partner established

After two difficult years of uncertainty and many changes, we are pleased to announce we had a chance to participate in an event, which was rated as very successful by both the clients and everyone involved. Even though the nice weather did not want to stay on our side, it could not stop us at all J.

For this opportunity we would like to say a massive THANK YOU to the M-catering for collaboration and partnership.

We felt absolutely thankful to be back working on events. Our motto "Stay perfectly strong" was never so important!! We couldn’t have asked for more….

Well, how to summarize this year? It was practically an unexpected and complete elimination of conferences that affected almost everyone in this business. There is no need to write more words about the sad stories we have seen around us. It taught us a lot. The positive thing is, in mid-2020, it seemed that all conferences would take place online, but what we can already see is that face-to-face meetings cannot be substitutedJ. We strongly believe that in 2021 travel will be safe again and our clients will be able to enjoy full-service conferences as they were used to. Until then we wish you Merry Christmas & Happy New Year, stay PERFECTly strong!!!

The last week´s event, as annually, took place at BVV Exhibition Center in Brno. The HPS Team was in charge of overseeing all conference visitors’ accommodation, logistics and on-site assistance. The event had more than 1 400 registered attendees mainly from the Czech and Slovak Republics, Poland, Hungary and the UK.  The HPS Team took care of every single visitor and their comfort. All the attendees were provided with detailed information about the activities, program and the schedule of the whole event. Our annual presence has become an integral part of October and we are already looking forward to the next year!

7.10.2019   The HPS Team on the Go

The month of September belongs definitely to the busier ones. The HPS team had the privilege to assist to several conferences in a couple of different cities in the Czech Republic. They took place not only in Prague but also in Brno and Pilsen. The HPS team was in charge of logistics, an accommodation organization as well as the on-site support. The conference in Brno took place in the lovely modern Courtyard Marriott hotel not far away from the city centre. The Pilsen conference was at the beautiful Viena House which has a great location as it is surrounded by a wide selection of bars, restaurants and sights to visit. The Prague events took place at the InterContinental and Hilton hotels which are simply always safe bets on excellence and great services. We also had a chance to take our clients and their delegates to the Dancing House for a dinner at Ginger & Fred. The magnificent view of the skyline of Prague never gets old.

To sum up, September in total was a very challenging month full of new clients. The team is currently preparing all the necessary details for the next month´s great event in Brno. Stay tuned for it!
